Many of them are just starting out in sports. Being an athlete means not just being a terrific athlete, but also having a strong personality and a powerful intellect.

Female gymnastics is often regarded as one of the most competitive sports at these games.
Girls can start training when they are three or four years old. It is incredible how long this process usually takes, but I feel that this is what allows them to be so proficient by the age of 16. Yet, many people begin engaging in competitive sports at a young age for no other reason than they like it.
When a four-year-old kid plays football, it does not necessarily imply that he is practicing to become a professional player in the future; it just indicates that he is having fun.
One might argue the same thing about gymnastics for young women.
It makes no difference if the child is a boy or a girl; from the grownups’ point of view, it’s still very adorable.
This is an incredible clip that shows how much a coach can impact a player’s enthusiasm for the sport. Ms. Kassie, who also owns the company, runs Heartland Gymnastics in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. The footage was posted on YouTube and distributed via the YouTube Planet Gymnastics channel. It’s incredibly simple to grasp, and all it takes is a teeny-tiny girl in a red leotard getting down on the floor and doing her thing.

Ms. Kassie, the tiny student’s teacher, is now doing a routine for her!
The couple go out onto the dancing floor to practice their routines. The child being filmed runs out and strikes her starting pose, all suited up and ready to go.
She does her first technique, a roll, as she confronts her teacher.
She tries her best to complete a back roll but fails the first two times, tries again the third time, and ultimately succeeds with some help.
She then does a number of powerful jumps, and it is evident that she is happy with herself. As soon as her performance is through, the crowd gives her a well-deserved round of applause as she dashes off to the sidelines!
The crowd may have believed they were witnessing a beautiful event, but they had no clue it would become viral!
Since its release in January, it has been seen by over 10 million people.
