Louis Vuitton, UNICEF partnership… New ‘Silver Lockit Beads’ bracelet launched
As part of its partnership with UNICEF, Louis Vuitton unveiled a new design of ‘Silver Lockit Beads’ bracelets.
Louis Vuitton has entered into a partnership with UNICEF to continuously support children in vulnerable groups around the world.
In particular, Louis Vuitton’s ambassador Chloe Grace Moretz participated in the ‘Silver Lockit Beads’ digital campaign.
In this digital campaign, which was shot against a backdrop of nature, Chloe Grace Moretz captured the casual yet colorful features of the newly reinterpreted Silver Lockit beads.
The new Silver Lockit Beaded Bracelet consists of a miniature silver Lockit charm and six beads, and is available in four colors: red, black, blue and titanium black.
The silver lock kit was designed with inspiration from the tumbler lock devised in 1890 by Georges Vuitton, the son of founder Louis Vuitton, and signifies a promise to help children in need.
Since the launch of the Silver Lockit in 2016, Louis Vuitton has raised more than $20 million for UNICEF, introducing a new design of the Silver Lockit collection every year.
When purchasing the new silver Lockit beads bracelet, a donation of $150 per product will be donated to UNICEF, and from May 5, 2023, it will be available at Louis Vuitton’s official online store and over 150 stores around the world.
Meanwhile, through partnership with UNICEF, Louis Vuitton provides hygiene, nutrition, education, health and safety services to Syrian refugee children and children affected by various natural disasters around the world, including various countries supported by UNICEF’s emergency relief programs. It supports various activities of UNICEF that provide protection services.
In addition, Louis Vuitton continues the #MAKEAPROMISE campaign with UNICEF, and participates in awareness-raising activities as well as fundraising to support underprivileged children around the world.
